摘　　要：半波整流作为二极管应用之一被广泛应用在教学过程中,但是它对二极管截止状态特性的实验现象却未引起足够的重视。相对于半波整流的阻容滤波而言,电感滤波很少被提及引发学生的求知欲。因此,基于Multisim 10仿真软件实验结果,验证了二极管截止状态具有固定电容的特性,并且分析了滤波电感与负载的比值对滤波效果的影响。Half-wave rectifier is widely used in teaching as one of the applications of diodes,but it has not paid enough attention to the experimental phenomena of the cut-off state characteristics of diodes.Compared with the resistance-capacitance filter of half-wave rectifier,inductance filter is seldom mentioned to arouse interesting of students for knowledge.Therefore,based on the experimental results of Multisim 10 simulation software,it is verified that the cut-off state of the diode has the characteristics of fixed capacitance,and the influence of the ratio of filter inductance to load on the filtering effect is analyzed.
