英国茶文化的发展与特点及其影响

摘　　要：英国茶文化发展和形成经历了漫长的历史时期,在发展中兼蓄了包括中国茶文化在内的他国茶文化,形成了独具特色的英国茶文化。本文以英国茶文化的形成发展过程及其对欧美主要国家的茶文化影响为主要研究内容,并通过文献研究总结了其主要特点。本文认为英国茶文化作为西方茶文化典型,影响了世界茶习俗、茶文化和茶产业。籍此研究,也望对中国茶产业升级和茶文化“走出去”开拓思路。The development and formation of British tea culture has gone through a long historical period,in which it has taken in other countries'tea cultures,including Chinese tea culture,and formed a unique British tea culture.The paper focuses on the formation and development of British tea culture and its impact on the tea culture of major European and American countries,and summarizes its main characteristics through literature research.This paper holds that British tea culture,as a typical Western tea culture,has influenced the world tea customs,tea culture and tea industry.Based on this study,the author also hopes to open up ideas for the upgrading of Chinese tea industry and the"going-out"of tea culture.
