摘 要:《茶学专业英语》课程是一门基于茶学专业知识的语言应用性课程。随着茶叶贸易国际化的推进,茶学专业英语已成为中国茶叶对外传播的重要手段。针对目前《茶学专业英语》课程教学中存在的一些问题,采用翻转课堂与传统教学相结合的混合式教学模式对《茶学专业英语》的课程教学方法进行创新性改革与实践,强化学生学习的主动性与知识的内化,以达到提高课堂质量、提升教学效果的教学目的。Tea Professional English is a language application course based on tea professional knowledge.With the development of tea trade internationalization,tea professional English has become an important means of international communication of Chinese tea.In view of some problems existing in the teaching of Tea Professional English,in this paper,the mixed teaching mode of student-centered flipped classroom and traditional teaching is adopted to reform and study the teaching method of Tea Professional English,strengthen the initiative of students'learning and internalization of knowledge,so as to achieve the teaching purpose of improving the quality of classroom and teaching effect.
