摘 要:为简单有效地处理桥梁结构健康监测中传感器优化布置问题,从振动模态角度,提出一种基于模态分量加和法(MSSP)和差分法(DM)对传感器布设进行优化并采用模态置信准则(MAC)检验的方法。以某铁路系杆拱桥的主梁和主拱振动模态为例,分别采用MSSP法、MSSP/DM法、有效独立法(EI法)进行传感器布设优化比较,并检验其有效性。结果表明,EI法与MSSP/DM法优化结果差别较大。对于同一阶模态中的传感器优化布设位置数量,MSSP/DM-MAC法优化结果多于MSSP法相应数量,其优化位置处的振型模态向量之间正交性好且优化效果比MSSP法和EI法更好,可用于桥梁结构健康监测。In order to deal with optimal sensors layout of bridge structure health monitoring simply and effectively,an optimization method based on Mode Shape Summation Plot(MSSP)and Difference Method(DM)is proposed,from the perspective of vibration modal,and the optimization results are verified by the Modal Assurance Criterion(MAC).Taking the vibration modes of main beam and arch rib of a railway tied arch bridge as an example,the method MSSP,MSSP/DM and Effective Independent Method(EI Method)are used to optimize the sensor layout and validate its effectiveness by the criterion.The results show that the optimal results by using the EI method are quite different from that by the MSSP/DM method,while the optimal results by using the EI method and MSSP method are similar.For the numbers of optimal sensor placement in the same mode,the optimization results by using the MSSP/DM-MAC method are slightly more than that by using the MSSP method,and better than the MSSP and EI method,which can be used for the health monitoring of bridge structures.
