摘  要:急诊临床工作往往存在患者病情危急,医疗风险高等特点,临床实习工作有时会激化医患矛盾,因此在急诊临床教学中医学生的临床实习工作具有一定的局限性,医学生在急诊实习时更多的是眼看为主,参与感不强。桌面推演式教学可以简单快捷地制造瞬息万变的急诊临床模拟情境,让医学生如临其境,参与医疗决策,锻炼急诊思维,提高临床能力、统筹能力、团队协作能力。Emergency clinical work often has the characteristics of patient’s critical condition and high medical risk.Clinical practice sometimes brings the risk of intensifying doctor-patient conflict.Therefore, the clinical practice of medical students in emergency clinical teaching has certain limitations.Medical students are more eye-oriented and less involved in emergency practice.Desktop deductive teaching can easily and quickly create rapidly changing emergency clinical simulation scenarios.Let medical students be on the scene.Participate in medical decision-making, exercise emergency thinking, improve clinical ability, overall planning ability, team cooperation ability.
