摘　　要：本文从教学内容改革、学生科研能力、社会实践能力以及意志品质培养四个方面探讨了第四次全国中药资源普查对中药学专业教学改革以及人才培养中的促进作用。为了满足第四次全国中药资源普查对参与人员专业技能的高要求,在教学过程中,我们通过调整中药资源学及药用植物学的理论及实践内容、开设论文汇报会、加强社会实践、培养学生的专业技能以适应普查工作的需要;普查的艰苦环境及繁重的工作也很好的锻炼了学生的整体素质,为普查的顺利开展打下坚实的基础。This paper discusses the promotion of the fourth national survey of Chinese materia resources on the teaching reform of Chinese Pharmaceutical Specialty and the cultivation of talents from four aspects: the reform of teaching content, scientific research ability, social practice ability and quality of the college students. In order to meet the high requirement of professional skills of participants in the fourth national survey of Chinese materia resources, we adjusted the theoretical and practical contents of Resources of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmaceutical Botany, set up a paper report conference, strengthened the ability social practice to meet the needs of the survey. The hard environment and heavy work of the census have also trained the overall quality of the students and laid a solid foundation for the smooth development of the census.
