摘  要:基础化学课是高职院校食品专业的专业基础课,课程内容较为抽象,学生普遍表示难以理解和掌握。随着高职院校的扩招,生源多样化现象加剧,进一步增加了基础化学课的教学难度。本文从学情分析入手,以生为本,从教学目标、教学内容、教学活动的组织及考核评价等方面探讨了基础化学课的分层教学实施方案,以期提高教学效果。Basic chemistry course is the basic course of food specialty in higher vocational colleges.Because the content of the course is abstract,students generally consider it difficult to understand and master. With the expansion of enrollment in higher vocational colleges,the diversification of studentsbecomes obvious,which further increases the teaching difficulty of basic chemistry.Startingwith the analysis of learning situation,this paper probes into the implementationscheme of layered teaching of basic chemistry course from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching contents,organization of teaching activities,examination and evaluation,etc.,inorder to improve the teaching effect.
