黄石街社区教育工作者队伍建设现状及素质提升研究

摘　　要：社区教育工作者队伍素质的高低对社区教育工作的开展起着关键作用,决定着社区教育工作的质量与成效,关系着广州学习型社会的建设。本文通过对广州市白云区黄石街社区进行专题调研,发现目前黄石街社区教育工作者队伍建设存在着队伍结构有待均衡,综合能力有待提升,专业发展有待深化,职业规划有待明晰等“短板”问题。最后对黄石街社区教育工作者队伍素质提升提出了相关建议。Community educators’quality level plays an essential role in implementing community education activity,which will affect the quality and efficiency of community education activity and be relative to the construction of Guangzhou learning society.Based on the special survey of Huangshi community Baiyun District Guangzhou City,the results show that there are some weaknesses in the troop construction of Huangshi community educators:the troop structure needs to be balanced;the comprehensive abilities need to be improved;profession development need to be deepened and career plan need to be clear.The paper put forward some relevant suggestions on enhancing the troop quality of Huangshi community educators.
