摘 要:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法建立白酒中非法添加物头痛粉的检测方法。采用Shim-paek CLC-ODS柱分离头痛粉,二极管阵列检测器(DAD)进行检测,外标法定量。该方法的线性相关系数R2>0.999,相对标准偏差(RSD)<5%,平均回收率为91.7%~100.6%,阿司匹林、对乙酰氨基酚方法检出限为1.0μg/mL,定量限为3.0μg/mL;咖啡因检出限为1.5μg/mL,定量限为4.5μg/mL。该方法准确、灵敏度高、分离度好,适用于白酒中非法添加物头痛粉的检测。The detection method for headache powder illegally added into Baijiu(Chinese liquor)was established by HPLC.The headache powder was separated using Shim-paek CLC-ODS column,detected by diode array detector(DAD),and quantitatively analyzed by external standard method.The linear correlation coefficient R2 of the method was more than 0.999,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 5%,and the average recovery rate was 91.7%-100.6%.The detection limit of aspirin and acetaminophen was 1.0μg/ml,and the quantitative limit was 3.0μg/ml.The detection limit of caffeine was 1.5μg/ml,and the quantitative limit was 4.5μg/ml.The method was accurate with high sensitivity and good degree of separation,which was suitable for the detection of headache powder illegally added into Baijiu.
