基于内控理念的高职院校二级学院管理机制探索

摘　　要：随着高职院校管理体制机制的发展,很多高职院校开始实施二级学院管理体制,但是部分高职院校存在着学校管理制度不完善、监管机制不健全和考核体系不科学等诸多问题。内部控制体系来源于现代企业管理,是单位内部建立的一套理念先进、方法成熟并能使各项业务活动互相联系、互相制约的规程。将内控理念融入高职院校二级管理,在内控理念指导下构建科学合理的二级学院管理机制,最终实现高职院校内涵式发展。With the development of the management system and mechanism of higher vocational colleges,many higher vocational colleges have begun to implement the management system of secondary schools, but there are many problems in higher vocational colleges, such as imperfect college management system, imperfect supervision mechanism and unscientific evaluation system. The internal control system comes from the modern enterprise management, it is a set of procedures established within the organization, which has advanced concept,mature methods, so that all activities are linked to one another and mutually constrained. To integrate the concept of internal control into the management of secondary schools in higher vocational colleges and to construct a scientific and reasonable management mechanism of the secondary schools under the guidance of the internal control concept will finally realize the connotative development of the higher vocational colleges.
