摘 要:目的:评价慕课教学在临床护理教学中的应用价值。方法:选取128名参加培训的护理学员为研究对象,随机分为对照组(传统教学模式)和观察组(慕课教学模式),调查学员的理论考试测评成绩(单选题、多选题、填空题、简答题)及对教学的评价(认知领域、情感领域、精神运动领域)。结果:观察组学员的总成绩升高明显,且对教学的认知领域、情感领域、精神运动领域的同意率上升明显,与对照组相比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:我国未来的教学模式将会是混合式的教育模式,不仅可以体现在线教学的优势,也强化了课堂的面对面互动,对知识的探索将进入一个全新的层面,而临床护理教学也会得到长足的发展。Objective:To evaluate the application value for teaching in the teaching of clinical nursing.Methods:128 children participated in the training of nursing students as the research object,randomly divided into two groups,control group(traditional teaching mode),observation group(teaching Mu class)theory test scores,survey participants(RadioButtonList,multiselect questions,fill in the blanks,short answer)and evaluation of teaching(cognitive domain,affective domain,psychomotor).Results:Two kinds of teaching modes,the total score of the observation group students increased significantly,and the emotional teaching cognitive field,field,psychomotor consent rate increased significantly compared with the control.Group differences Significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching mode will in the future in China is a hybrid mode of education,can not only reflect the advantages of online teaching,but also strengthen the face-to-face interaction in the classroom,the search for knowledge,will enter a new level,while the clinical nursing teaching will be greatly developed.
