摘　　要：安全教育培训是航空企业在开展各项工作的重要保障和首要任务。开展安全教育培训,不但有助于航空企业提升安全教育培训效率,而且有助于提升航空的工作人员处理突发事件的专业性。正因为高质量的安全教育培训对航空企业及其员工有着十分重要的意义,论文对航空企业如何开展有效的安全教育培训进行深入的探究。Safety education and training is an important guarantee and primary task for aviation enterprises to carry out all kinds of work.Safety education and training is not only helpful for aviation enterprises to improve the efficiency of safety education and training,but also helps to improve the professionalism of aviation staff in dealing with emergencies.Because of high quality safety education and training is great significance to aviation enterprises and their employees,this paper makes an in-depth study on how to carry out effective safety education and training in aviation enterprises.
