摘  要:通过采用慕课、翻转课堂等新兴教学理念改进传统带教模式,结合模拟教学的方法培养学生医患沟通技巧、提高了临床思维能力和处置临床紧急情况的能力。依据岗位胜任力通用模型的基本要素进行自评,不断完善综合临床能力,完善成绩评定体系,最终实现以岗位胜任力为导向的培养模式目标。To improve the traditional teaching mode by using new teaching concepts such as massive open online course and flipped classroom,combining simulation teaching method to train students'communication skills between doctors and patients,improve their clinical thinking ability and ability to deal with clinical emergencies.According to the basic elements of the general model of post competency,selfevaluation is carried out to continuously improve the comprehensive clinical competence.for perfecting the achievement evaluation system and achieving the training model target oriented by post competency.
