摘  要:高职教育内涵建设与思政课教师的角色定位密切相关,当前思政课教师在高职教育内涵建设中出现了职能定位不清、师德评价机制不全和管理机制不严等问题,促进高职教育内涵建设,需明确思政课教师的职能定位,构建科学可行的师德评价机制和深化管理机制改革等。The construction of the connotation of higher vocational education is closely related to the role of the teachers of the thought class.At present,the teachers of the thought class have problems such as unclear position of functions,incomplete evaluation mechanism of teachers'ethics,and inadequate management mechanism in the construction of the connotation of higher vocational education.It is necessary to make clear the position of the functions of teachers in political courses,to construct a scientific and feasible evaluation mechanism for teachers'ethics,and to deepen the reform of the management mechanism.
