摘  要:通过对河北大学、河北农业大学、华北电力大学(保定)三所高校的研究生教育现状进行系统分析,发现保定市所在高校存在研究生教育综合实力较弱,教育质量有待提高;结构失衡;学科总体水平不高,高水平学科匮乏;经费投入不足,优质教育资源相对有限等一系列问题。因此,保定市高校应以“双一流”建设为契机,从发展战略、教育质量、教育结构、学科建设、政策经费支持等方面探索研究生教育的发展路径,推进保定市高校研究生教育的持续发展。Through the systematic analysis of the status quo of graduate education of three universities including Hebei University,Hebei Agricultural University and North China Electric Power University(Baoding),a series of problems are found as follows:the comprehensive strength is weak,and the quality of education needs to be improved;the structure is unbalanced;the overall level of disciplines is not high,and the high-level disciplines are inadequate;the funding is insufficient,and the high-quality education resources are relatively limited.Therefore,universities in Baoding should take the"Double First-Class"construction as an opportunity to explore the development paths for postgraduate education from the aspects of development strategy,education quality,education structure,discipline construction,policy funding support,etc.,and promote the sustainable development of postgraduate education.
