摘  要:住院医师规范化培训(住培)目前已经在全国范围广泛开展。作为毕业后教育的重要组成,住培是影响医学生专业能力的重要环节,是影响医师队伍素质的直接因素。住培师资队伍的建设和培养是保证和提高住培质量的重中之重。但住培的质量总是受到了诸多因素的影响,如何提高培训质量是我院住培工作的重心之一。本院通过学习借鉴国内外先进的师资建设经验,结合本院规培工作的实际情况,通过加大师资队伍的培养力度,切实落实骨干教师队伍建设,遴选出具有丰富临床经验并有教学热情的的高素质教师队伍,经过学校及附属医院的培养,成功组建出一只明星教师团队。文章将对我院住培骨干教师制度的实施背景及意义、培养和激励制度及骨干教师培养成果进行具体的介绍。The standardized residency training has been widely carried out nationwide.As an important part of post-graduate education,the quality of residence training is a direct factor affecting the quality of the physician team.However,the quality of residency training has always been affected by many factors.How to improve the quality of training is one of the focuses of our hospital.Our institute draws on the advanced experience of teacher construction at home and abroad,combines the actual situation of the training work in our hospital,effectively implements the training of the backbone teachers,and successfully trains a team of star teachers.This article will give a detailed introduction to the implementation significance,the cultivation and reward system,achievements of the backbone teacher system.
