摘  要:目的分析网络信息平台下PBL联合CBL教学在耳鼻喉科见习中的应用效果。方法耳鼻喉科实习生作为本次研究的主要对象,2018年1月—2019年1月选取200例研究生,应用电脑随机分配方式分为两组,其中100例作为观察组(实施网络信息平台下PBL联合CBL教学),100例作为对照组(实施常规教学),将两组的各项指标进行对比。结果观察组实习生技能操作得分(91.15±1.27)分以及理论考试得分(95.27±1.01)分、教学满意度评分以及教学效果评分与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳鼻喉科见习中应用网络信息平台下PBL联合CBL教学可取得显著效果。Objective To analyze the application effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching in otolaryngology internship under the network information platform.Methods As the main object of this study,the total number of Otorhinolaryngology interns was 200.The interns were collected from January 2018 to January 2019.200 subjects were randomly assigned into two groups by computer,100 of them were as the observation group(PBL combined with CBL teaching under the network information platform)and 100 were as the control group(conventional teaching).Each finger of the two groups was divided into two groups and compared the results.Results the scores of skill operation(91.15±1.27),theory examination(95.27±1.01),teaching satisfaction and teaching effect in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the application of network information platform in the internship of otolaryngology,PBL combined with CBL teaching has achieved significant results.
