口腔纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床效果分析。方法共计200例患者为对象,2016年2月—2019年3月,随机数字表1:1比例分2组,即对照组和观察组各100例,对两组患者满意度评分结果进行比较,对两组患者修复有效率、修复所需时间、治愈成功率及并发症发生率进行比较。结果观察组患者咀嚼功能、美观程度、舒适度、固位功能及语言功能等满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为99.0%,明显高于对照组(85.0%)(P<0.05);观察组患者的修复所需时间短于对照组,治愈成功率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症占比率2.0%高于对照组的占比率12.0%(P<0.05)。结论针对口腔修复患者,采用预成纤维桩进行修复效果显著,患者的满意度得以提高,修复所需时间缩短,治疗有效率及治愈成功率得以提升,并发症发生率减少,具有积极的临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect analysis of oral fiber post in oral prosthesis.Methods 200 patients who came to our hospital for oral treatment from February 2016 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into two groups on average by the method of digital random table,namely,the control group and the observation group.The satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared,and the repair efficiency,repair time,cure success rate and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results the satisfaction scores of chewing function,aesthetic degree,comfort,retainer function and language function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After comprehensive comparison,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 99.0%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(85.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The repair time of patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the cure success rate was significantly h igher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.0%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 12.0%,(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with oral prosthesis,preformed fiber post can achieve significant prosthesis effect,improve patients'satisfaction,shorten the time needed for prosthesis,improve the treatment efficiency and cure success rate,and reduce the incidence of complications,which has positive clinical promotion value.
