摘 要:EtherCAT是以以太网为基础的工业现场总线,分析了EtherCAT的主从站技术、协议和从站周期性过程数据通信流程。通过串行外设接口实现交流伺服驱动器的EtherCAT通信功能,对硬件与软件框架进行了设计,并介绍了读写型和只读型过程数据对象变量。对交流伺服驱动器的EtherCAT通信功能进行了串行外设接口通信周期测试和过程数据对象变量读写操作测试,确认硬件与软件设计的正确性。EtherCAT is an Ethernet-based industrial fieldbus.The EtherCAT master-slave technology,protocol and slave periodic process data communication flow were analyzed.EtherCAT communication function of AC servo drive was realized through serial peripheral interface.The hardware and software frameworks were designed and the read-write and read-only process data object variables were introduced.The test for serial peripheral interface communication cycle and the read and write operation test for process data object variable were performed on the EtherCAT communication function of the AC servo drive to confirm the correctness of the hardware and software design.
