摘  要:为扩大优质教育资源,促进高职院校内涵建设与高质量发展,2016年,广东启动了"一流高职院校建设计划",共立项建设18所高职院校。数据显示,2018年底,18所单位中期目标平均完成率为76.66%,综合实力、人才培养、科研和社会服务等水平得到显著提升。通过2年建设,18所单位在建设愿景、核心理念、主体策略、共同问题、未来对策等方面存在五大共性,同时,因学校具体校情的不同,又有着具体定位、品牌战略、标杆管理等鲜明特色,成为创新发展与高质量发展的优势所在。In order to expand the excellent educational resources and promote the connotation construction and high quality development of higher vocational colleges,Guangdong launched‘the Construction of First-class Higher Vocational Colleges Plan’in 2016,including 18 colleges.The data shows that the average completion rate of mid-term targets of 18 colleges was 76.66% at the end of 2018.The comprehensive strength,talents training,scientific research and social services have been significantly improved.During the two-year construction period,they have five generalities mainly reflected in construction vision,core concept,key strategy,common problems and future development countermeasures.At the same time,there are distinctive features in development orientation,brand strategy and benchmarking colleges,due to the different college conditions,which has become the advantage of innovative development and high quality development.
