基于智能脉诊仪的“人与天地相参”研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脉象与"人与天地相参"理论的相关性及其重现性。方法于2012年7月22日(大暑)至2014年6月21日(夏至)、2016年10月23日(霜降)至2018年10月23日(霜降)分别进行二轮实验观察,第一轮观察对象42人,第二轮50人,均为中国中医科学院在职职工、在读研究生。基于动态标准化脉诊信息采集和分析技术,采集受试者双手寸、关、尺的脉诊信息,同时记录当日最高气温、最低气温、日出时间、日落时间、昼时长、夜时长天地背景数据。采用余弦函数谐波拟合脉图建模方法获取脉图参数,通过两轮次脉学实验观察,从脉图参数角度分析脉位、脉力与天地参数的相关性与重现性。结果在193个参数中,脉位、脉力是跟随天地参数(太阳角度、气温)变化最明显的两个参数。脉位、脉力在两轮次实验中均伴随太阳角度呈现规律性和重现性。两轮次实验的脉位、脉力与太阳角度具有强相关性或中等相关性。结论脉位、脉力呈现出"人与天地相参"的规律,且具有重现性。Objective To explore the regularity and reproducibility of the theory of"correspondence between human beings and universe".Methods Two rounds of experimental observations were conducted from July 22,2012(Great Heat)to June 21,2014(Summer Solstice),and from October 23,2016(Frost′s Descent)to July 22,2017(Great Heat),with 42 subjects in the first round observation,and 50 subjects in the second round observation,all of whom were current employees and graduate students of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.Based on the dynamic standardized pulse diagnosis information collection and analysis technology,the subject′s pulse diagnosis information of the 6 parts(cun,guan,chi in both hands)was collected,and the highest temperature,lowest temperature,sunrise time,sunset time,day time and night time were recorded at that day.The cosine function harmonic fitting pulse chart modeling method was used to obtain the pulse chart parameters.Through two rounds of pulse experiment observations,the correlation and reproducibility of pulse position,pulse force,and heaven and earth parameters were analyzed from the perspective of the pulse chart parameters.Results Among 193 parameters,the pulse position and pulse force were the 2 parameters which significantly change with the universe parameters(solar angle,temperature);Both pulse position and pulse force showed the regular and reproducible changes with the solar angles in two rounds of pulse experiments.The pulse position and pulse force in two rounds of experiments showed strong or moderate correlations with the solar angles.Conclusion The pulse position and pulse force show the regularity of"the correspondence between human beings and universe"and this regularity is reproducible.
