摘  要:采用扫描电镜观察、X射线衍射分析和单轴拉伸等方法研究了临界退火态Fe-0.3C-5Mn-3Al(质量分数,%)热轧钢的显微组织演化和室温变形行为。研究结果表明,临界退火处理实验钢为包含铁素体、热诱发马氏体和残余奥氏体的超细晶多相组织,残余奥氏体体积分数为36.5%~44.8%,具有板条和颗粒双模形态及非均匀尺寸分布,平均晶粒宽度达到0.50~0.63μm;在单轴拉伸过程中,形变诱发残余奥氏体逐渐向马氏体转变,获得了非连续相变诱发塑性效应;760℃保温60 min临界热处理后实验钢的抗拉强度和总伸长率分别为930.6 MPa和46.6%,强塑积达43.4 GPa·%。Utilizing scanning electron Microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and uniaxial tensile testing methods etc.,micro-structure evolution and room-temperature deformation behavior of Fe-0.3 C-5 Mn-3 Al(mass%)hot-rolled steels after intercritical annealing(IA)were investigated.The results show that microstructure of IA processed experimental steels is consisted of ultra-fine grained ferrite,thermal-induced martensite and retained austenite(γR).TheγR shows bimodal-grained morphology of lath-like and granular with the volume fraction of 36.5%-44.8%,inhomogeneous size distribution and average width of 0.50-0.63μm.During the uniaxial tensile process,strain inducesγR to transform to martensite gradually,meaning discontinuous transformation induced plasticity(TRIP)effect.The outstanding mechanical property combination of 930.6 MPa strength and 46.6%elongation,amounting to the 43.4 GPa·%product of strength and elongation(PSE),is obtained by IA at 760℃for 60 min.
