摘  要:近些年,伴随着高等职业教育的迅猛发展,师资队伍建设的滞后已经逐步成为影响高职教育进一步深化改革发展的重要因素,如何加强高职院校师资队伍建设已经成为各院校生存与发展的重要目标.现阶段,我国高职院校教师队伍存在着人员素质参差不齐、教育教学水平低下、一线教师流动性大等诸多方面的问题.这就提出了现代化高职院校的师资队伍建设工作必须适应职业教育发展的要求,需要按照教育大众化、信息前沿化、需求社会化、管理人性化的要求进行革新,逐步完善管理制度建设,推进良性运行机制,最终建立一个可持续发展的、良性循环的高职院校师资队伍体系.In recent years,with the rapid development of higher vocational education,the lagging teaching staff construction has gradually become an important factor affecting the further reform and development of higher vocational education.It has become an important goal for survival and development of higher vocational colleges on how to strengthen the teaching staff construction of higher vocational colleges.At the present stage,the teachers in higher vocational colleges of China have the problems including uneven personnel quality,low educational teaching level,and high mobility of teachers on the frontline.Therefore,the teaching staff construction of modern higher vocational colleges is required to adapt to the vocational education development,and it is required to make a reform in the teaching staff construction according to the requirements of mass education,front-cutting information,socialized demands,and humanized management,gradually perfect the management system development,promote the benign operating mechanism,and finally establish a sustainable teaching staff system of higher vocational colleges in virtuous cycle.
