摘　　要：本文从多个方面梳理了我校中医类专业学生在毕业实习中存在的一系列问题,结合近几年我校中医类执业医师考试结果及分阶段考试第一阶段实证研究的成绩,在建构主义理论指导下,提出了针对性的改革措施,以解决中医类专业毕业生“基础不扎实,中医思维弱化,临床能力下降”的问题,强化了理论与经典的基础性、思维训练的重要性、自主学习能力提升的必要性。In many aspects,we have sorted out a series of problems in the graduation field work of Chinese medicine majors in our school.Combined with the results of the Chinese medicine Licensed Physician Examination in recent years and the results of phased empirical research,under the guidance of constructivism theory,targeted reform measures to solve the problem of“the foundation is not solid,the Chinese medicine is weakened,and the clinical ability is declining”,highlighting the basics of theory and classics,the importance of thinking training,and the need for self-learning ability.
