摘 要:教师的主体意识是教师核心素养和能力的重要组成部分,是教师专业发展的内驱力,是新时代高素质教师培养的焦点。教师主体意识是教师对自身作为教学活动主体的本质、地位和价值的自觉认识活动,对其作为教学活动主体的感受,以及为了争取获得主体地位,主观能动地使自身得到发展的意愿。教师主体意识包括教师职业认知、职业情感、发展意愿三方面,对教师核心素养和能力的价值在于三大要素分别作为"方向盘""引擎""油门",共同驱动教师核心素养和能力的发展,这是诠释主体意识对教师核心素养和能力作用价值的新视角。The teacher’s subjective consciousness is an important part of the teacher’s core literacy and ability.It is the driving force for the professional development of teachers and the focus of high-quality teachers in the new era.The teacher’s subjective consciousness is the conscious awareness activity of the teacher as the subject,status and value of the subject of teaching activities,the feelings of being the subject of teaching activities,and the willingness to subjectively and actively develop themselves in order to obtain the status of the subject.The teacher’s subjective consciousness includes three aspects:teacher’s professional cognition,professional emotion and development willingness.The value of teachers’core literacy and ability lies in the three major elements as"steering wheel","engine"and"throttle",which jointly drive teachers’core literacy and ability.The development of this is a new perspective to interpret the value of subjective consciousness in the core literacy and ability of teachers.
