摘 要:文章通过富集驯化从茶树叶片中筛选分离得到的4株能耐受或降解甲基毒死蜱、水胺磷和三唑磷的菌株,将在有机磷农药培养基中产生透明圈直径最大,生长最好的菌株ES-4接种到茶水培养基中摇床培养,发现发酵1 d后用绿茶提取液喷干的速溶茶粉中原本可以检测出的甲基毒死蜱和水胺磷农残未检出,说明ES-4具有降解甲基毒死蜱和水胺磷的能力。初步研究表明,茶树中存在能降解农药的功能性内生真菌,从茶树中筛选高活力的农药降解菌株,对解决茶叶及深加工产品农药残留问题具有十分重要的意义。In this paper,four strains capable of tolerating or degrading methyl chlorpyrifos,hydrazine and triazophos were screened and insolated from tea leaves by enrichment and domestication.The best strain ES-4 with the largest diameter of transparent circle and the best growth,was inoculated into shaking-bed culture of tea medium.It was found that the methyl chlorpyrifos and the hydrous phosphorus pesticide residues which could be detected in instant green tea powder after 1 day of fermentation were not detected,indicating that ES-4 had the ability to degrade methyl chlorpyrifos and hydrous phosphorus.The preliminary results showed that there were functional endophytic fungi which can degrade pesticides in tea plants.Screening highly active pesticide-degrading strains from tea plants is of great significance to solve the problem of pesticide residues in tea and deep-processed products.
