应用型药学本科专业实践教学体系改革——以南京中医药大学翰林学院为例

摘　　要：药学专业属于应用性学科,药学专业本科人才培养目标定位为高素质应用技术型人才,因此提高学生的实践动手能力和岗位胜任能力是人才培养的关键。分析现有实践教学体系存在的问题,以南京中医药大学翰林学院药学专业改革现有实践教学体系的具体举措为例,系统阐述以能力培养为导向的实践教学体系构建过程中的设计思路、内容体系及保障措施等,旨在为同类高校实践教学体系创建提供有价值的参考。Pharmacy is an applied discipline,so the goal of cultivating pharmacy undergraduate is to foster high-level applied and technical talents.The key to talent cultivation lies in improving students'practical skills and post competency.This paper analyzed the problems in the practical teaching system.In addition,taking specific measures of pharmacy major reform implemented by Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine Hanlin College as an example,it has systematically expounded design thinking,content system,and supporting measures in the process of constructing practical teaching system oriented by ability cultivation,and aimed to provide valuable reference for the establishment of practical teaching system in similar colleges and universities.
