摘 要:目的本研究观察Er:YAG激光联合Bifluorid 12封闭牙本质小管的效果,旨在为治疗牙本质过敏提供临床依据。方法在口腔科门诊收集完整离体第3恒磨牙,将样本分为4大组,给予不同参数激光照射,A组单独激光照射(SP 10 Hz 40 mJ),B组单独激光照射(SP 10 Hz 80 mJ),C组使用Bifluorid 12脱敏剂后再次激光照射(SP 10 Hz 40 mJ),D组使用Bifluorid 12脱敏剂后再次激光照射(SP 10 Hz 80 mJ);结合扫描电镜结果,观察不同激光参数下样本表面牙本质小管封闭程度及微观结构改变。结果 4组都可以达到使牙本质小管部分或完全封闭,但是激光能量翻倍会产生少量裂纹及少许碳化现象。使用Bifluorid 12脱敏剂后再次激光照射的牙本质小管密度、小管口直径明显小于单独Er:YAG激光处理组,C组与A组对比,D组与B组相比差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论激光脱敏时应避免采用过高能量参数。实验证明安全参数下Er:YAG激光脱敏精确;另外使用Bifluorid 12脱敏剂后再次激光照射对封闭牙本质小管口作用更明显。Objective The aim of the present study was to observe the efficacy of sealing dentinal tubles after application of Er:YAG laser with Biflurid 12.The results can provide clinical basis for the treatment of dentinal hypersensitivity.Methods Theintact third molars were collected in the Department of Stomatology and divided into fourgroups,which were irradiated with laser at different parameters.Group A was treated by the single use of laser(SP 10 Hz 40 mJ)irradiation;Group B was treated by the single use of laser irradiation(SP 10 Hz80 mJ);Group C was treated by Bifluorid 12 first and then by laser irradiation(SP 10 Hz 40 mJ);Group D was treated by Bifluorid 12 first and then by laser irradiation(SP 10 Hz 80 mJ).With scanning electron microscope(SEM),the degrees of sealing and the micromorphology changes under the different laser parameters.Results The dentinaltubules can be partially or totally sealed in all the four groups.However,the laser energy doubled,few cracks and carbonization were generated.The density and diameterof dentinal tubules were significantly smaller than those in Er:YAG laser group alone,after usingBifluorid 12 desensitizer first and then laser irradiation,group C compared with group A(P<0.05),group D compared with group B(P<0.05).Conclusions It was significantly to avoid adopting high energy parameters when using laser desensitization.This study demonstrated that Er:YAG laser reduced dentin hypersensitivity accuratelyunder the safe parameters.In addition,the treatment of sealing dentinal tubles by Biflurid 12 first and then laser irradiation was more effective than laser irradiation alone.
