摘 要:乡村学校是乡土文化传承的重要场域。在所调查的5所乡村学校中,师生的乡土文化传承总体状况不理想。乡土文化传承态度均值高于文化实际践行,教师与学生在乡土文化传承上存在显著差异。鉴于调研的数据,教师和学生要从不同的视角给予教育支持。对于学生,要基于耦合理念实施多维度教育;对于教师,要基于地方性知识,从培育乡村教师的乡土情怀、多元文化品性以及乡土知识教学转换能力方面提供教育支持。Teachers and students are important subjects of inheriting local culture in school education field.In the five rural schools investigated,the overall situation of the inheritance of local culture of teachers and students is not ideal.The average attitude of local culture inheritance is higher than the actual practice of culture.There are significant differences between teachers and students in the inheritance of local culture.In view of the survey data,teachers and students should provide education support from different perspectives.For students,multi一dimensional education should be implemented based on coupling concept;For the teachers,based on local knowledge,education support should be provided from the aspects of cultivating rural teachers'local feelings,multi-cultural character and conversion ability of local knowledge teaching.
