摘 要:教师的经验学习既需重视专业经历中的经验累积,更需借助语言与反思来促进的专业经验的分享与共享,进而提升其专业综合素养。教师的经验学习有其多项度的路径可寻,外在向度的路径重视经验的“见多识广”,内在向度的路径重视经验的言语分享,社群向度的路径重视经验的切磋交流,而自我向度的路径则重视经验的省思体悟。基于场域缺失、语言缺失、社群缺失以及认同危机的学习困境,教师专业经验的累积与提升,既需要贯穿专业发展全程予以经验学习指导,也需要整合优质资源、搭建专业社群、借力教育叙事,实现线上线下的分享,持续增进教师的专业体悟与省思,最终促进其自主专业发展。Teacher professional development,based on the experience learning,should not only focus on the experience accumulation,but also need to rely on teachers'communication and introspection to progress teachers'experience sharing ability and then enhance their comprehensive qualities.There are many paths to seek in their professional experience learning.From the external aspect,teachers had better accumulate much more experience.From the internal aspect,the experience sharing should be noticed.From the community aspect,teachers should pay attention to the experience communication.And from the individual aspect,teachers'self-examination should be focused.Based on the learning dilemma of field absence,language absence,community absence and identity crisis,for the accumulation and enhancement of teachers'professional experience,teachers should be provided with the experience learning guiding in the whole process.To deepen teachers'sensibility and introspection,it also needs to be offered the integration of the top-quality resources,establishment of professional communities and sharing of online and offline.All these measures can promote teacher professional self-development.
