新时代高职院校基层党风廉政建设发展路径研究

摘　　要：深入推进基层党风廉政建设是新时代高职院校党委、纪委落实全面从严治党的基本职责,文章通过对问卷调查、个别访谈、专题研讨、巡审督查和文献资料等的汇总与整理,分析当前高职院校基层党风廉政建设的现实状况,梳理了相关的难点与“瓶颈”问题,并从发挥基层党组织的政治核心作用、落实党建工作责任制、层层传导“两个责任”、开展校内巡察审计联动督查和打造校园廉政教育体系等五个方面,探索基层党风廉政建设发展路径。It is the basic duty of the Party Committee and the Discipline Inspection Commission of the vocational colleges to carry out the construction of the honest and clean administration at the grassroots level in the new era.This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of the honest and clean administration at the grass-roots level in the vocational colleges by collecting and sorting out the questionnaire survey,individual interview,special discussion,patrol inspection and supervision,and collecting literature.Then the paper sorts out the related difficulties and“bottleneck”problems,and explores the development path of the construction of clean and honest administration at the grass-roots level from the five aspects of giving full play to the political core role of grass-roots party organizations,implementing the responsibility system of Party construction work,conducting“two responsibilities”at all levels,carrying out the joint supervision and audit of school patrol,and building a clean and honest education system on campus.
