摘　　要：将赫茨伯格双因素理论引入高校思想政治教育工作具有深刻现实意义,通过分析双因素理论在思想政治课教学、辅导员工作中的不同运用,为思想政治教育工作提供了新的激励对策和工作思路。It is of profound practical significance to introduce Hertzberg’s two-factor theory into the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities.By analyzing the different application of two-factor theory in the teachers of ideological and political education,the team of counselors and students,it provides a new job for ideological and political education.Incentive measures and work ideas to improve the efficiency of ideological and political education.
