高职院校老挝留学生心理适应性分析及对策研究  

Analysis of Laotian Students ’Psychological Adaptability in Higher Vocational Colleges of Sichuan Province and Proposed Countermeasures

摘　　要：通过对四川省5所高职院校老挝留学生进行调查和走访,发现目前高职院校老挝留学生在心理适应性方面问题主要表现为自卑感、孤独感、人际交往能力降低和焦虑等。进一步分析影响因素后,从建立健全工作机制、专设心理适应性课程、提供心理咨询和调适服务、多渠道开展心理健康教育宣传活动、加强心理健康师资队伍建设与保障5个方面,提出高职院校提升老挝留学生心理适应能力的对策。The investigation and visiting of Laotian students in five higher vocational colleges of Sichuan province suggest that the psychological adaptation problems of Laotian students in higher vocational colleges are mainly characterized by lack of confidence,loneliness,reduced interpersonal skills and anxiety.After further analysis of the influencing factors,countermeasures are put forward from five aspects to improve the psychological adaptability of Laotian foreign students in higher vocational colleges,namely establishing and perfecting working mechanism,setting up special psychological adaptability courses,providing psychological counseling and adjustment services,carrying out multi-channel activities advocating mental health education,and expanding teaching staff on mental health.
