区域文化外译传播碎片化问题探析及其治理——以北京城市副中心通州为例

摘　　要：区域文化对外传播离不开文化外译工作。以北京城市副中心通州为研究对象,对区域文化外译状况展开调研发现碎片化问题和特征显著。地方性知识要求翻译工作在深度描写中阐释区域文化,通过系统的内容构建、译介主体的融合、深度的文化释译与现代化技术的结合及动态的翻译过程管理,实现区域文化外译的去碎片化,提升对外传播效果。Translation is an essential component of international communication of regional culture.Based on the case study of Tongzhou District,Beijing,the research presents a distinct feature of fragmentization in regional culture translation.From the perspective of local knowledge,thick description contributes to the systematic construction of regional culture in the target language.The corresponding strategies include dynamic translation management,illustration and translation of culture in depth,systematic communication of cultural contents,integrated translator team-building and combined communication channels.
