高职校园文化建设的内容、困境与出路

摘　　要：高校校园文化是以大学精神为核心,以物质文化为载体,以行为文化为表现形式的制度、行为、精神、活动的总称。高职院校整体发展时间较短,历史积淀相对缺乏,校园文化建设普遍存在被边缘化、本校情怀不足、品牌效应不高等问题。高职校园文化建设需要较长的时间,要以三个方向作为重点突破口,破解建设困境:重视统筹规划,系统推进校园文化建设;加强本校情怀,以校园精神凝聚校园文化;发挥品牌效应,塑造特色高雅校园文化。College campus culture is a general term for system,behavior,spirit,and activities,with the university spirit as the core,material culture as the carrier,and behavior culture as the form.The overall period of development of vocational colleges is relatively short,and historical accumulation is relatively insufficient.The construction of campus culture generally exists the problems of marginalization,inadequate sense of own school’s belongings,and low brand effects.It takes longer time to construct campus culture in higher vocational colleges.It is necessary to break through the construction dilemma from three aspects:attach importance to overall planning and systematically promote the construction of campus culture;strengthen sense of own school’s belongings and consolidate the campus culture with campus spirit;exert the brand effect to shape elegant characteristic campus culture.
