摘  要:为进一步提高河南“上六片”烟叶的质量,满足“长白山”品牌的特性需求,以河南种植量较大的云烟87、豫烟6号、豫烟10号和中烟100等4个烤烟品种为试材料,研究了“上六片”成熟1次采烤、“上六片”带茎1次采烤和“上六片”分2次采烤3种模式对烟叶的物理特性、化学成分、中性致香物质含量和感官评吸质量的影响。结果表明:不同采烤模式对不同品种烟叶的影响有差异。其中,云烟87和中烟100采用“上六片”成熟1次采烤处理时,烟叶的整体质量较好;豫烟10号采用“上六片”带茎1次采烤处理时,综合质量最好;豫烟6号采用“上六片”分2次采烤处理时,烟叶的整体质量相对较好。因此,不同品种的烤烟需要采用适合其基因型的采烤模式,才能使调制后的烟叶质量达到最佳。In order to further improve the quality of"Top Six"tobacco leaves in Henan Province and meet the special needs of“Changbaishan”cigarette brand,four flue-cured tobacco varieties Yunyan 87,Yuyan 6,Yuyan 10 and Zhongyan 100 as materials,the effects of three modes on physical characteristics,chemical composition,content of neutral aromatic substances and sensory evaluation quality of tobacco leaves were studied.The results showed that different harvesting and curing modes had different effects on different varieties of tobacco leaves.The quality of Yunyan 87 and Zhongyan 100 was better when treated with the first picking and flue-curing of the last six mature leaves.Yuyan 10 had the best comprehensive quality when treated with the first picking and flue-curing of the last six stems.And,Yuyan 6 had the better quality when treated with the second picking and flue-curing of the last six leaves.The results above indicated that different varieties of flue-cured tobacco need to adopt suitable genotype harvesting and flue-curing mode in order to achieve the best quality of cured tobacco.
