摘 要:我国教育信息化的创新发展迫切需要基础理论和方法论研究的突破。教育信息化是教育系统由工业文明走向信息时代过程中的自我意识与自我超越,要求以信息时代的价值观念、文化精神、思维方式重新审视教育系统及其与社会大系统之关系,从而引发教育目标、方式和组织结构的全面、深层变革。这个目标的实现有赖于技术、教学和制度三者的协同创新,其中技术创新是基础,教学创新是核心,制度创新是保障,三者在互动生成中共同推动教育信息化不断深化发展。The innovative development of educational informatization in China urgently needs the breakthrough of basic theory and methodology.Educational informatization is the self-consciousness and self-transcendence in the process of education system from industrial civilization to information age.It is necessary to re-examine the educational system and its relationship with the social system,which includes the values,cultural spirit and thinking mode of the information age,causing the deep and comprehensive transformation in the aspects of education goals,methods and organization structures.The realization of this goal depends on the collaborative innovation of technology,teaching and system,among which technology innovation is the foundation,teaching innovation is the core,and system innovation is the guarantee.In the interactive process,the three together promote the deepening development of educational informatization.
