美国创新创业长尾资源的形成与开发

摘　　要：在大众创业、万众创新的时代背景下,社会和科技的发展不仅需要传统的创新创业精英群体发挥更大的作用,而且还需要占据绝大多数的普通群体作为长尾资源也要发挥各自的优势。梳理美国长尾资源的历史沿革,分析造就美国创新创业精英和普通两大群体的主要因素为“人+环境+趋势+创新创业”的有机结合,探索当今美国社会对大量存在的创新创业长尾资源的形成与开发,通过提高兴趣、认知反馈、团队合作和智慧共享等方式对其进行有效开发。In the context of mass entrepreneurship and innovation in the new era,the development of society and technology requires that traditional innovation and entrepreneurship elites play a greater role,and that long tail resources play their own advantages as they occupy the vast majority of ordinary population.This paper discusses the history of long tail resources in the United States,analyzes that the main factor for creating the two groups in American entrepreneurship and innovation—the elite and the ordinary—results from the organic combination of“human beings+environment+trend+innovation entrepreneurship”.This paper also explores the formation and development of the abound long tail resources of entrepreneurship and innovation in present American society,and proposes the ways of effective development:raising the interest,making cognitive feedback,improving teamwork and taking wisdom sharing,etc.
