应用型院校大学生可就业能力影响因素及其关系研究

摘　　要：基于自我意识维度(求职效能感)、认知维度(求职清晰度)和行为维度(职业决策困难),探讨应用型院校大学生可就业能力的影响因素及其关系.通过对910名大学生进行问卷测试,结果显示:(1)年级因素在可就业能力、求职清晰度、职业决策困难上差异显著.家庭居住地在求职效能感和职业决策困难上差异显著.是否独生子女在信息搜索和矛盾冲突上差异显著.父母是否参与只在信息搜索上差异显著(.2)应用型院校大学生求职效能感、求职清晰度、职业决策困难(缺乏准备、信息搜索、冲突矛盾)与可就业能力间存在显著相关.On the basis of the dimension of self-awareness(job-hunting self-efficacy),cognitive dimension(job-hunting clarity)and behavioral dimension(career decision-making difficulties),this study explores the influencing factors and relationships of employability of students in application-oriented colleges.The re⁃sults of a questionnaire test on 910 college students showed that,(1)the difference analysis shows that the grade factor has significant differences in employability,job clarity and career decision-making difficulties.The family residence factor has significant difference in the two dimensions of job-hunting self-efficacy and career decision-making difficulty.Whether there is only child or not has significant difference in the two di⁃mensions of information search and conflict and contradiction of career decision-making difficulties.Wheth⁃er parents get involved in or not has significant difference in the dimension of information search of career de⁃cision-making difficulties.(2)the correlation analysis shows that the three dimensions(lack of preparation,information search,conflict and contradiction)of the students'job-hunting self-efficacy,job-hunting clarity and career decision-making difficulties in application-oriented colleges are significantly related to employ⁃ability.
