摘　　要：经济和社会的高速发展使得人力资源竞争逐渐成为国际竞争的核心,特别是高素质人才的培养已经成为制约我国经济持续发展的关键。文章根据博弈论的基本概念和研究思路,用纳什非合作博弈理论数学模型解析人才培养策略。With the rapid development of economy and society, the competition of human resources has gradually become the core of international competition especially when the cultivation of high-quality talents has become the key to the sustainable development of China’s economy. Based on the basic concepts and research ideas of game theory, this paper analyzes the talent cultivation strategy with the mathematical model of Nash Non-cooperative Game Theory.
