摘 要:学分制管理模式能够因材施教,符合人才培养的规律,能够充分体现“以学生为本、以成果为导向”的教育思想和理念。专业群中的专业具有相同的学科基础,能够共享实验实训基地、师资队伍等教学资源,在学分制下可以使教学资源发挥更大的效率。通过以汕头职业技术学院计算机系为研究对象,从规章制度的建设、组织结构的建设、人才培养方案的制定、操作规范与流程等方面,初步探讨了如何在学分制管理模式下构建计算机专业群。The credit system management mode can fully refl ect the educational thought and concept of the"Student-based and results-oriented",because of the teaching of the material and the law of the personnel training.The specialty in the professional group has the same subject foundation,it can share the teaching resources such as the experimental training base and the teaching staff,and can make the teaching resources more efficient under the credit system.By taking the computer system of Shantou Polytechnic as the research object,this paper preliminarily discusses how to build a computer professional group under the credit system management mode from the aspects of the construction of the rules and regulations,the construction of the organizational structure,the development of the personnel training program,the operation specifi cation and the process.
