论高职创新教育的问题与对策

摘　　要：高职开展创新教育中存在以下四个问题:忽视构建高职创新教育体系,高职创新教育效果不显著;忽视学生创新思维的培养,高职创新教育重点不突出;忽视针对创新人才培养的高职课堂改革,高职创新教育主渠道不主要;忽视对高职创新教育教学方法的开发,高职创新教育效率有待提高。为了解决这些问题,提出了四点对策:充分考虑影响创新的各类因素,构建高职创新教育体系;强调对学生创新思维的培养,提升学生的创新思维水平;加快高职课堂改革,提升课堂教学的创新性效果;改进传统的教学方法,提升教学方法的针对性和适应性。There are four problems in higher vocational colleges’innovation education.They are:the effect of innovation education in higher vocational colleges is not signifi cant due to ignoring the system of innovation education in higher vocational colleges;the key of innovation education in higher vocational colleges is not prominent due to ignoring the cultivation of students'innovative thinking;the main channel of innovation education in higher vocational education is not main due to ignoring the classroom reform of higher vocational education aimed at cultivating innovative talents;the effi ciency of innovative education in higher vocational education needs to be improved due to ignoring the development of innovative teaching methods in higher vocational education.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward four countermeasures.They are:considering all kinds of factors that infl uence innovation,the higher vocational innovation education system should be established;emphasize the cultivation of students'innovative thinking and improve their innovative thinking level;accelerate the classroom reform in higher vocational colleges and improve the innovative effect of classroom teaching;improve the traditional teaching methods and promote the pertinence of teaching methods.
