摘 要:中医专业新生学习中医基本术语时,最大的障碍是中医概念的多义性、模糊性,而《医古文》课承担着中医基本术语的训诂任务,对学生能否顺利打下专业学习的语言基础至关重要。文章从“气”“阴阳”“营气”“厥阴”等术语的造义、本义、引申义、假借义的内涵关系中,梳理中医概念特点,并进行中医思维特色的概括,以期在教学中更快帮助学生理解中医术语,顺利进入中医学习角色。When the freshmen of traditional Chinese medicine major learn the basic terms of traditional Chinese medicine,the biggest obstacle is the ambiguity and ambiguity of the concept of traditional Chinese medicine,while the course of ancient Chinese medicine takes on the task of the exegetical interpretation of the basic terms of traditional Chinese medicine,which is very important for students to lay the language foundation for professional learning.In this paper,based on the connotation of terms such as"qi","yin-yang","yingqi"and"jueyin",the concept characteristics of TCM are sorted out and the thinking characteristics of TCM are summarized,so as to help students understand TCM terms in teaching and smoothly enter the role of TCMlearning.
