摘　　要：文章以高等职业院校党员教师为主体,首先分析高职院校党员教师发挥先锋模范作用的重要意义,其次介绍铜仁职业技术学院经济与管理学院第二党支部——“全国党建样板支部”“亮身份,树榜样”示范带动工程实施情况,最后从支部建设入手,提出相关对策途径,这对各高职院校基层党建工作有重要的借鉴意义。Based on the carrier of Party members and teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper first analyzes the significance of the pioneering and exemplary role played by the Party members and teachers in higher vocational colleges,and secondly introduces the implementation of the project driven by the demonstration of"National Party Building Model Branch",the second Party branch of Tongren Vocational and Technical College of Economics and Management.Finally,starting with the branch construction,this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures.This has important reference significance for the grass-roots Party building in higher vocational colleges.
