摘　　要：在地方农林院校中,通过开展"转识成智"的教育实践与探索,研究新型教学模式下制药工程专业学生成长成才的培养路径和发展方向。制药工程专业应从目前自身情况和实际需要出发,进行培养目标和人才培养模式的创新改革,以适应建设创新型国家的综合性人才需求。In the local agricultural and forestry colleges and universities, carrying out the educational practice and exploration of "turning knowledge to wisdom" is the new cultivation path and development direction of pharmaceutical engineering students under the new teaching mode. Pharmaceutical engineering major should proceed from their current situation and actual needs to carry out innovations and reform of training actions and talent training mode in order to meet the comprehensive talent needs of building an innovation-oriented country.
