摘  要:新工科作为我国工程教育的改革方向,迎合了国家重大战略需求,为社会发展提供强有力的人才保障。基于"三三育人"体系,为完善新型工科人才的培养机制,以南京邮电大学高分子材料与工程专业为实践点,进行新工科人才的创新创业能力培养探索与实践,在培养目标的精准定位、课程体系和实践平台的构建与优化、教师教学能力提升与教学质量的保障、教学研究及合作交流的开展等方面展开一系列研究和探索。As the reform direction of Engineering Education in China,emerging engineering meets the major strategic needs of the country and provides a strong talent guarantee for social development.Based on the"Three-Three Education System",in order to improve the training mechanism of emerging engineering talents,this paper takes the Polymer Materials and Engineering Major of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications as the example.Explores and practices the training innovative and entrepreneurial abilities of emerging engineering talents,and establishes and optimizes the precise orientation of training objectives,the construction and optimization of curriculum system and practice platform,and the improvement of teaching abilities of teachers.A series of studies have been carried out on the guarantee of teaching quality,teaching research and the development of cooperative exchanges.
