摘　　要：新旧动能转换对应用型人才培养提出了新的要求。本文简述了国内部分地方本科院校在应用型人才培养中的一些探索,介绍了枣庄学院化学化工类专业在专业和师资队伍建设以及学生创新能力和应用能力培养中的一些做法,为应用型人才培养提供经验参考。New requirements of personnel application-oriented training has put forward under the background of conversion of new and old kinetic.This paper briefly describes some explorations in the cultivation of application-oriented talents in some local undergraduate colleges in China,and introduces some practices in the construction of chemical and chemical engineering majors in Zao Zhuang University,as well as the cultivation of students’innovation ability and application ability,so as to provide experience reference for the cultivation of application-oriented talents.
