摘  要:王阳明的管理思想可以分为以下几个方面:以德为先的人才观;约束滥权、赏罚分明的官员管理思想;情法并用、杜绝形式主义的政务管理思想;教管一体的民众管理思想;随机应变的临时管理思想等,这些思想对我们现今有一定的借鉴意义。阳明的管理思想也是其良知思想的具体实践,且阳明管理思想的特点与其良知学说的特点是一致的。Wang Yangming’s management thought can be divided into the following aspects: the view of talents with morality as the first;the thought of officials management through restricting power abuse, and clear rewards and punishments;the management thought of government affairs with the combination of emotion and law, and the elimination of formalism;the management thought of the people with the integration of education and management;the temporary management thought with contingency. These thoughts have certain reference significance for us now. Yangming’s management thought is also the concrete practice of his conscience thought, and the characteristics of Yangming’s management thought are consistent with those of his conscience theory.
