摘 要:目的:通过对佛山地区部分青少年的骨龄调查研究,分析佛山市儿童青少年的生长发育趋势。方法:在佛山市中选择部分青少年1236人进行本次研究,拍摄其手腕部的X线照片对骨龄进行评估,根据《中国人手腕骨发育标准CHN法》进行评价,判断骨龄后与入选的青少年真实生活年龄进行比较。结果:在所有男性青少年中,骨龄均大于生活年龄;女青少年中,不同年龄的骨龄与生活年龄趋势不同,在6、7岁骨龄均小于生活年龄,而在8岁-15岁之间,青少年的骨龄是较生活年龄大的;相关系数男性r=0.945(p<0.01),女性r=0.941(p<0.01),总体r=0.943(p<0.01)骨龄与生活年龄之间存在直线相关关系,并呈高度正相关。结论:佛山市儿童青少年骨骼发育与生活年龄基本吻合,属发育正常。Objective:To analyze the growth and development trend of children and adolescents in Foshan by investigating the bone age of some adolescents in Foshan.Methods:1236 young people were selected from Foshan city for this study,and their wrist X-ray photos were taken to evaluate their bone age.The bone age was evaluated according to the Chinese Manual Carpal Bone Development Standard CHN Method,and then compared with the real life age of the selected young people.Results:Among all male adolescents,the bone age was greater than the living age.Among female adolescents,the bone age of different ages is different from the living age trend.The bone age of 6 and 7 years old is less than the living age,while between 8 and 15 years old,the bone age of adolescents is older than the living age.Correlation coefficient:male r=0.945(p<0.01),female r=0.941(p<0.01),overall r=0.943(p<0.01)there is a linear correlation between bone age and living age,and there is a high positive correlation.Conclusion:The skeletal development of children and adolescents in Foshan city is basically consistent with their living age and is normal.
