摘　　要：双语教师是新时代基础教育国际化发展的师资需要,其培养过程对我国教师教育模式提出挑战。文章以某高校双语师资培养教学改革实验为依托,从制定培养目标、构建课程体系和实施有效策略三个方面,阐述了产出导向的教师培养模式的理念和实践做法,以期为新时代教师教育改革提供经验参考。Bilingual teacher is needed for internationalization of elementary education.Then how to train the bilingual teacher will challenge the model of teacher education in China.Based on an experiment of bilingual teacher training program in an university,this paper expounds the idea and practice of the output-oriented teacher training mode from the establishment of training objectives,the construction of curriculum system and the implementation of effective strategies.We hope this study will provide experience reference for teacher education reformin the new era.
